In the master bedroom, it’s all in the details! We installed an LED lit ceiling drop matched to the dimensions of a king size bed, subtle yet modern wallpaper, and an ultra wide patio door, talk about a view! In the ensuite bathroom we used Calacatta-style tiles throughout the floor as well as on a major portion of the walls to create a wow factor as you enter. Similar details adding to the wow factor are the wall mounted faucets, suspended double vanity, and the full water jets and steam shower spa experience. The problem other builders struggle with wall mounted faucets is the need for them to be perfectly aligned early in the building stages because repairing at a later date would be time consuming, and likely add delays to the project. On the third floor we chose to use this space as an entertainment area and theatre room. In the main entertainment area, countless times ceiling space is left as a plain canvas but we wanted to add depth to that area to have a “completed look.” We entrusted our carpenter to design and build the ceiling canvas. The trust we have in our team is top notch, and as always, the finished product was astounding.
